Drinking cherry juice in the summer can provide many benefits to the body. Nutrient-rich cherries help to remove purines from the body, which are responsible for the formation of uric acid. Regular consumption of cherry juice can help reduce the level of uric acid in the body. Additionally, cherry juice is rich in antioxidants and fiber, which not only improve sleep quality but also aid digestion.
If you are concerned about your health, you can include cherry juice in your daily diet. People of all ages can consume cherry juice. If you have never made cherry juice before, you can easily prepare it using our simple recipe. Cherry juice is ready in just 5 minutes.
Ingredientsโ
๐ธ1- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
๐ธ2- 1 cup water
๐ธ3- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
Instructions:โ
- If you are using fresh cherries, wash them thoroughly and remove the pits. If using frozen cherries, ensure they are defrosted.
- Place the cherries, honey or sugar, and a little water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the juice into a glass. Add some ice cubes and garnish with mint and a cherry.
