Menu: Yogurt Lassi

Typically, when searching for Yogurt Lassi recipes on the internet, you’ll find a wide variety of options. However, I’m not entirely sure where its origins lie. What I do know is that I fell in love with this drink during my first visit to Chiang Mai, Thailand.
There, I came across a Turkish-style restaurant that introduced me to dishes I had never tried before, along with an intriguing beverage: Lassi. Out of curiosity, I decided to order it, and it instantly became a delightful experience from the very first sip. ✨
When I tried drinking it, I immediately realized how much I loved Lassi. It inspired me to try making it myself. So, I started searching for recipes on the internet, but in the end, I found that I preferred the traditional taste. However, I made some slight adjustments to suit my personal preferences.
🍹 Ingredients 🍹
- Yogurt – 3 tablespoons
- Fresh milk – 100 milliliters
- Salt – a pinch
- lemon juice –half a lemon
Cooking Steps
Step 1: Start by adding yogurt into a glass.
Step 2: Then, add a pinch of salt and the juice of half a lemon.
Step 3: Next, add the fresh milk.
Step 4: Then, blend the mixture until smooth and add ice cubes.
I have finished making the Lassi recipe for myself. Actually, I researched it online and found that this is another dish that's great for digestion. It's not only delicious but also beneficial.

I think I'd love lassi; it looks like a drink with a lot of personality. Our yogurt drinks are usually sweet and yogurt salad dressings are usually salty though 😁
