Hello Hivers and Amazing Drinks Lovers.

Welcome to my blog. I'm back again with another tutorial for an amazing drink. Today was such a wonderful day in my location. It just rained for the second time this year and my body needed a very nice drink for this weather. I decided to make a nice drink. I rushed to the Grocery Store and got some comb of Banana which my children ate remaining only 2 pieces 😒 I thought of blending it with the tubers of Carrots I already had in my fridge.🤔

The Ingredients

9 Tubers of Carrots 🥕
2 Bananas🍌
A thumb-sized Ginger
250ml Water

*Banana can help in improving blood sugar levels, prevent constipation, improve our gut , infact it's packed with lots of benefits.
*Carrots helps to boost your immune system. The vitamin C in carrots helps your body build antibodies that defend your immune system, they can also help with constipation and improve Energy metabolism. With all these wonderful health benefits there's still need to consume them in moderation.

The Process

First I washed the carrot and ginger not forgetting to peel the ginger, and bananas. Then I sliced the carrot and banana.

Now I put the carrot into the blender and blended it before putting in the banana and ginger. I did this because the bananas after being blended will not have pulp and this might not allow the pulp of the carrot to move out freely. Now I strained the carrot smoothie, I used the juice to blend the banana and ginger for a better taste. This time, I also strained the liquid because I need a pulp free juice.


It taste so good with the peppery taste from the ginger. No added sugar.
I poured the juice into 2 glass 🥛🥛 and we enjoyed ourselves.
