Today is always special in my family that is why I made this Papaya and Orange Smoothie for me and my family 🥤. This drink is both refreshing, and Nutritious. Papaya has high vitamin C, phosphate, Vitamin A Fiber, antioxidant. It has an anticancer effects, anti-inflammatory properties etc.
Apart from vitamin C, oranges have other nutrients to keep your body healthy. The fibre in oranges
keep blood sugar levels in check and reduce high cholesterol. So like I said, not only refreshing, but nutritious.

Without much time wastage.

Ingredients Used

• 5 Oranges🍊
• 300g Papaya
• A Thumb Size
Ginger👍🏾
• 375cl Chilled Water🥶

The Process

Firstly I have to wash the fruits, peel and wash my ginger ,my favorite flavor in coperating my drinks .Then go ahead to slice the Papaya into small pieces and çut the Oranges to halves.

After that, I place my stainer over the blender and Squeeze the orange juice into the blender and put the Papaya into the blender and throw in the ginger as well then I pour 350ml of chilled water right away.

I blend the mixture for over 5 minutes I didn't strain the pulp because I needed a more smoothie consistency. The orange colour of this sweet Papaya is so inviting and enjoyable. You can add your sweetner of choice if you want. I didn't add mine.
