Welcome to my blog. I made some for I and my family. Pineapple milk shake are very good source of energy due to the mixture of carbohydrate, protein and fat they provide. From research, milkshakes are best taken 1 to 2 hours before a walkout so I give it to my family every morning before moving out. More research proves that milkshake helps to improve digestion, it also serves as a booster to your immune system. Nutrients like this are what we as humans need for better growth. Alright I've done a lot of talking.
The Ingredients Are:
Pineapple 600g
Liquid Milk 250ml
10g peanut Ginger
Sugar 50g
Ginger 5g
Recipe:
Wash, Peel and dice the pineapple, also dice the ginger. Put everything in the blender and blend till smooth.
Remember not to add water to the shake.
And the results was delicious and tasty
