Con solo dos ingredientes, podemos lograr esta magia refrescante y además con potentes beneficios que van desde cuidarnos la piel, transformándola en más robusta, aportando brillo y suavidad, llegando a fortalecer nuestros huesos, nuestra vista, retarda nuestra vejez, este jugo cuando se zambulle por nuestro cuerpo con regularidad, se convierte en energía y nos aporta bienestar por su gran contenido de vitamina A, que ayuda a mantener nuestro cuerpo inmune.

We enjoy this drink in the family very much, every time we want to drink juices we repeat it for a certain time until we satiate our craving. My son, for example, consumes it in the morning, after sports, I like to drink it after breakfast when I go to receive the morning sun every day and my husband likes the juice alone, since he does not tolerate milk, different tastes for a single drink.

Esta bebida en la familia la disfrutamos mucho, cada vez que queremos tomar jugos la repetimos por cierto tiempo hasta que saciamos nuestra ansiedad. Ya en el núcleo familiar cada quien la prefiere en distintos momentos, mi hijo, por ejemplo: la consume en la mañana, después de hacer deportes, a mí me gusta tomarla después de mi desayuno cuando voy a recibir el sol de la mañana todos los días y mi esposo le gusta el jugo soló, ya que no tolera la leche, distintos gustos para una sola bebida.

En esta ocasión la preparo para el almuerzo, ya que son unos de esos días en que, por ser domingo, nos estamos sorteando para ver quién cocina. Este saludable batido, cuenta con poco ingrediente, razón por la cual resulta muy sencilla de preparar. De seguida les doy los ingredientes.


Ingredients:

½ liter of water
1 ½ carrots
340 grms of condensed milk or 1 cup of powdered milk


Ingredientes:

1 ½ zanahorias
340 grms de leche condensada o 1 taza de leche en polvo

Preparation:

Remember to wash the vegetables well, then grate or chop them into pieces for blending.

En la licuadora vertemos el agua y le agregamos la zanahoria bien picada, para que se procese bien. Luego colamos y la vertemos de nuevo en la licuadora, añadiéndole la leche condensada y la vainilla, mezclamos en la procesadora. Y servimos con bastante hielo.
