Today it's not raining like yesterday. But the air since morning is very cold, the wind is even very sharp piercing my bones. In conditions like this I need a warm drink but not a herbal drink like the one I made. But I want to make a smoothie that has a warm nature in the body especially for my stomach which in cold conditions like this often feels bloated and very uncomfortable. The smoothie recipe that I made today I copied from my social media homepage which said in the recipe it tastes like Vegan milk. Therefore I was curious to make it. If this is delicious then I will make it again and coincidentally I got a young coconut from my parents. This young coconut is the main ingredient to make the smoothie that I made much more fragrant.
Ingredients I need:
1. 2 bananas (you can use any type of banana that is available in your country that you usually make smoothies. The type of banana that I made is Barangan banana which is small in size and has a sweet taste and because of its small size, I used 2 bananas in this recipe)
2. Ginger (because I only made this smoothie for one serving, the ginger I used was not too much, only the size of an adult's thumb)
3. Coconut water (I used 1 coconut for this coconut water and because it was still young, it tasted very sweet)
4. Young coconut meat (I also took this young coconut meat from one coconut that was slightly smaller in size)
How I make it:
1. Take young and slightly old coconut flesh or choose a young coconut texture that is slightly solid, put it directly into the blender
2. Then put in the ripe banana and mix it into the blender
3. Then peel the washed ginger and put it in the blender and before that I had cut the ginger into small pieces so that the ginger would be smooth quickly
4. Then pour the young coconut water into the blender
5. And blend until smooth
6. Ginger banana smoothie is ready to drink.
Although this smoothie is not warm, because there are pieces of ginger in the smoothie, when this smoothie enters the stomach, there is a warm feeling that creeps into the stomach so that the evil winds in my body want to leave through the back door..
You have to try this smoothie, it tastes like the banana milk that I once bought and is warm in the stomach and this smoothie can smooth your digestion and relieve fever. Try it.
