We always ignore our health because we think we are still young and should enjoy our lives without restrictions and restrictions. However, we must be aware that unhealthy foods and drinks that enter our bodies and minimal exercise will make it very easy for diseases to enter our bodies. For example, my husband, who is 38 years old, has developed diabetes due to an unhealthy lifestyle. But after getting type two diabetes. So I really pay attention to his diet and he also intends to do that.



And to lower blood sugar levels, I make smoothies regularly. For one week in a row, this has proven to be effective in lowering blood sugar levels so that they become normal again. And the recipe for making these smoothies is below, friends.

Materials needed:


1. 1 glass of water measuring 250 ML

2. Ripe tomatoes weighing 50 grams

3. Beet fruit weighing 100 grams (fresh beets are better, but because I choose practicality, I consume them for a full week so I peel all the beets, I weigh them all 100 grams, then I put them in the freezer to make it easier and my hands won't get too dirty)

4. 100 grams of Moringa leaves. (I weighed this leaf together with the branch.)



And let's make these smoothies. :

1. The first thing I did was boil the Moringa leaves in water that I had measured until it boiled. But before that, the Moringa leaves have been washed clean first. After boiling, cool the water first.

2. After the water was cold, then I started making these beet smoothies, namely by putting the beets and tomatoes together in a blender.

3. Then add the cooled Moringa leaf boiled water. Remember, I didn't include just the water, the leaves. But don't throw away the leaves, we can also consume them and they taste like spinach.

4. After that, blend until all the ingredients are perfectly soft. And for maximum blending results, we can repeat the blending up to 2 to 3 times.

5. This beet fruit smoothie is ready and consume it in the morning after eating or at night.



Drink this smoothie for one week in a row without doctor's medication and your blood sugar can be controlled perfectly, but still maintain your diet and lifestyle. May you always be healthy. Oh yes, and for those of you who want to follow this recipe but don't have Moringa leaves, you can skip the Moringa leaves and just use beets and tomatoes, but you have to consume them twice a day, morning and evening.
