This is my fourth day of fasting and I have to stay motivated. To maintain my enthusiasm, of course I have to consume food and drinks that are not only appetizing but can also maintain my health. And today I will make papaya soup for my breaking fast menu today.
To make this soup I will prepare the ingredients that you can see below:
1. 2 Aloe Vera leaf
2. ¼ papaya fruit
3. 1 sachet of sweetened condensed milk
4. ¼ tablespoon of colorless Jelly flour (I only use this jelly flour so that the water is a little thicker and of course to add natural fiber to the soup that I will make)
5. 500 ML of water
6. ½ tablespoon of chea seed
7. 3-4 tablespoons of nutmeg syrup.
And after the ingredients have been prepared, let's start making this Soup.
1. The first step I do is peel the Aloe vera then I wash it until clean then I blend it by adding the available water
2. After I wash it until clean then I take a pan and put it in the pan after that I mix the Jelly powder
3. then cook over medium heat until boiling. And don't forget I add chea seeds to it when the water starts to boil a little. During the cooking process, it must be continuously stirred until boiling so that the jelly does not burn. This cooking process also aims so that the aloe vera does not smell later and tastes good.
4. After boiling, let it cool.
5. Waiting for the aloe vera to cool, I peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut the papaya flesh into cubes and I put it in a larger bowl. Then I pour the aloe vera jelly
6. Stir slowly and pour sweetened condensed milk into it.
7. And add 3-4 tablespoons of nutmeg syrup to make it taste sweet.
8. Papaya and aloe vera soup is ready to be enjoyed.
There are some serving tips for this recipe, the first is that you can enjoy it warm or you can store it in the refrigerator until it is cold and you enjoy it slowly. Or the next serving tip is that you can immediately add ice cubes to this soup. Everything will taste good depending on our tongue accepting this. What is clear is that this drink will taste fresh especially if we have been fasting all day like me right now.
You have to try this soup recipe besides being delicious, of course this recipe will add fiber to our bodies, good luck trying my recipe and greetings from maytom, Indonesia
Greetings @maytom, I had never seen this drink, it looks very interesting, I confess that the sabila is not of my greatest taste for its conscistencia but if in terms of health is one of the best things.
Many people don't like aloe vera, but if we can process and disguise it, they will never know it is aloe vera @musicandreview

I am so curious about aloe vera soup. In my place, we don't usually eat or drink aloe vera. It's just usually for hair and skin care. That's amazing; it's your fourth day of fasting. So this soup can give you energy. Chia seeds make this soup recipe more nutritious. Perhaps aloe vera taste a bit bitter, so the nutmeg syrup balances the taste. Stay healthy!
