Hace unos meses compartí post de cómo es mi proceso de utilizar las conchas de piña para hacer uso de ellas y no desperdiciarlas, aprovechando sus cualidades que nos brinda al consumirla a nuestro organismo. Puede consumirse en Tè, como agua con sabor a piña, o simplemente con otras frutas.

Semanalmente compro piña para preparar licuados para el bienestar en salud, preparados diariamente para su consumo. Además de la piña, una lechosa hermosa, se utiliza una parte de ella para los licuados y la otra parte para consumirla en jugos o en trozos, de la forma como sea consumida es deliciosa; para los que nos agrada la lechosa.

Esta vez comparto un jugo de lechosa con base de agua de piña, ya lista en la nevera para consumirla. Pues, recordé lo delicioso que es el agua de piña con otra fruta, esta vez utilicé la lechosa.

On a weekly basis I buy pineapple to prepare health wellness smoothies, prepared daily for consumption. In addition to the pineapple, a beautiful lechosa, a part of it is used for the smoothies and the other part to consume it in juices or in pieces, however it is consumed it is delicious; for those of us who like the lechosa.

This time I share a milky juice with a base of pineapple water, ready in the fridge to be consumed. Well, I remembered how delicious pineapple water is with another fruit, this time I used milky.

Para ello:
--1 vaso de agua de piña
--100 gramos aproximadamente de lechosa en trozos
--Azúcar opcional (por lo general no uso ningún tipo de endulzantes en estas preparaciones, me encanta su sabor natural)

For this:
--1 glass of pineapple water
--100 grams approximately of milky milk chunks
--Optional sugar (I usually do not use any type of sweetener in these preparations, I love its natural flavor).

Se procede a colocar el agua de piña en la licuadora.

The pineapple water is placed in the blender.

Luego se incorpora la lechosa en trozos.

Then add the milky milk in pieces.

Se bate a la velocidad que se prefiera, en mi caso la velocidad más alta para que quede todo bien batido, se pueda apreciar la delicia del jugo que de esta unión se procesa y es deliciosa.

Lista la preparación se lleva a un vaso de preferencia, me gusta este por las líneas que se observan y lo hace muy bonito (este vaso lo cuido mucho).

Este jugo al consumirlo trae beneficios a la salud, además, refresca porque la lechosa tiene estos beneficios además de refrescar la gran cantidad de vitaminas y minerales que obtiene el organismo al consumirla, puedo decir que el agua de piña también se une a estas cualidades de la lechosa y hacen un gran equipo…el agua de piña de por si refresca mucho al consumirla.
