🍹hello my beautiful community🍹

Hoping that you are having a good weekend, happy, enthusiastic and in family union, I want to tell you that a long time ago a beautiful plant began to grow in my home that filled me with curiosity, since it was familiar to me and I was about to cut it, but my instinct told me not to do it, wait until dad comes, to know if he knows what plant it is, because it really seemed medicinal to me. As I told you, I waited for my dad to arrive from the town where they live, since coming from there is complicated because of the transportation situation, when I left one day I noticed that it was no longer a plant, it was two that were growing in my garden, just two days later my dad arrived and when I remember since I hardly ever go out of my own house to the garden, only when I water the plants or leave the house hahahaha, very funny but true.

I tell him dad, now that I remember come and look at these two plants that came out in the garden and I did not want to cut them waiting for him, I really waited for him to arrive because he has gone through a lot of natural medicine and has learned a lot and knows a lot about this branch. I know the basics, but he knows the deepest part, that is, which plant it is and what they are for, how to prepare them and how to take them. When he sees them he tells me, daughter, you have a great treasure at home, don't even think of cutting them, this is the plant called sage and it is used for many health purposes and even for food. I tell him, I didn't want to cut it precisely because it seemed medicinal to me and since you are the one who knows, I decided to wait a few days until you arrive.

I tell him and what is this plant for? he tells me daughter! this plant is a natural antibiotic, it is used to treat laverintitis, you put a little bit of the leaf in the ear and you see how the dizziness passes and also when there is ear pain, it is used for washing when there are abscesses and cellulitis, it was what I did to your sister and she was cured of the abscess that came out, excellent for when there are coughing fits. I tell you father, it really is a gift from God, because my husband was those days with a terrible flu and cough attacks that did not go away with nothing and he was tired. Besides that, it is excellent for treating everything that has to do with gas and stomach cramps.

He told me to make an infusion with hot lemon for the flu and cold it helps to reduce the swelling of the abdomen. I was really amazed, he told me to prepare it for you cold and drink a glass preferably on an empty stomach, that will help you with the colom, that was what the naturopathic doctor told me when I had an irritated colom. And many more that I don't remember since this was a long time ago, today I wanted to share with you this incredible and simple infusion for all these benefits. From my dad's experience from my sister and my husband and it has really helped me with the swelling of the abdomen, Let's go to the ingredients.
