Papaya, red apple and oat flakes smoothie. Today I woke up wanting to enjoy a smoothie that would satiate me and give me the energy I needed to face my daily errands. When I opened the refrigerator, I found papaya, red apple and oat flakes. I must confess that oatmeal is one of my favorite ingredients for smoothies, as it is not only satiating, but also provides numerous benefits to our health.
By combining these ingredients in this delicious smoothie, we not only get a nutritious and satiating drink, but also a real boost of energy and well-being.

HEALTH BENEFITS:
✓ PAPAYA: It is rich in antioxidants, offers us vitamin C, helps strengthen the immune system, relieves digestive problems. For its high water and fiber content.

Al abrir el refrigerador, encontré papaya, manzana roja y avena en hojuelas. Debo confesar que la avena es uno de mis ingredientes favoritos para los batidos, ya que no solo es saciante, sino que también aporta numerosos beneficios a nuestra salud.
Al combinar estos ingredientes en este delicioso batido, no solo obtenemos una bebida nutritiva y saciante, sino también un verdadero impulso de energía y bienestar.

✓ Paso #1: Ya teniendo picado previamente la papaya en cubos, la llevamos a la licuadora, seguidamente cortamos y le quitamos las semillas a la manzana y la llevamos al envase, por último agregamos la cucharada de avena.




✓ Paso #2: Al tener los ingredientes listos, agregamos el vaso de agua y lo llevamos a licuar hasta que esta quede bien cremosa y homogéneo, para luego servir.



✓ Paso #3: ya listo este delicioso batido, ahora se los presento.
