Today I will share with you a nutritious dragon fruit juice.
Dragon Fruit- is considered a cactus but we call us fruit. They have scaly skin the color is pink. While the inside flesh is red. Some other types of dragon fruit are color yellow and the flesh is white color. With tiny black seeds. It has a crunchy texture and a sweet flavor like kiwi.
THE RIPE DRAGON FRUIT
Dragon fruit is a tropical fruit it is a vine-like cacti fruit tree. This climbing cactus has a triangular green stem that is about 15 feet long or more. The fruit color is green if not yet ripe. It will turn into a red color when it is ripe. The texture will become soft and it is ready to eat.
That's my Dragon Fruit what I have in my garden is a red variety. It is a mouthwatering fruit, delicious and nutritious. All the members of my family like to eat freshly harvested dragon fruit.

THE DRAGON FRUIT FLOWER
The dragon fruit flower is nice and attractive looking. It has white petals in a bill-like shape and a wide open in the center. It is color yellow with the fragrance. Every time that I see the blossoms in my garden it makes me happy if I can see the dragon fruit flower it is amazing for me. It's my stress reliever.
THE DRAGON FRUIT JUICE
This dragon fruit juice is very delicious and nutritious it is all-natural, and I made it without sugar. It tastes neutral sweet, but not very sweet. I make healthy drinks for my children it is because health is wealth. Am I right?
To become healthy, drink nutritious juices. plenty of water and stay hydrated. Limit sugared beverages it is unhealthy drinks.
I don't add sugar to my dragon fruit juice because I know that consuming too much sugar is not good for our bodies. It can cause high blood pressure, and increase chronic inflammation, both of which are pathological pathways to heart disease.
HOW TO PREPARE NUTRITIOUS DRAGON FRUIT JUICE
I prepared my nutritious dragon fruit juice fast and very simple way.
Ingredients:
• one ripe fresh dragon fruit
• mineral water / 500ml
• ice / one cup
Take out the skin of the dragon fruit. Use a spoon to get the flesh of the dragon fruit. Put into the blender, and add mineral water and ice. Blend it for eight to ten seconds and it is ready to serve. This dragon fruit juice is very nutritious and delicious. So Momies you can try also to make it like this. It is a good drink for the children and all.
THE DRAGON FRUIT MARKET
Dragon fruit is available in the supermarket and also in the public market. The price range in the market is about 250 pesos or 4.41US dollars.
The dragon fruit is a fast-growing plant and easy to cultivate. It is good if you have plant this in your garden too.

The two varieties are the same taste, the difference only the color they are all delicious..I cannot show the yellow dragon fruit it is because I don't have in my garden I need to buy in the supper market. That looks spectacular! I love the color. Here in Venezuela they have another name, I don't remember it now. There is another fruit called pichigüey from a small cactus and they have the same color and seeds like the dragon fruit. Cheers 🌺🌹💐🌻
