Hoy quiero compartirles una receta ideal para un día caluroso. Se trata de un batido de papaya con avena y leche, perfecto para la digestión, muy saludable y por supuesto muy delicioso.
Para esta se necesita:
100 gr de papaya
2 cucharadas de leche
100gr de avena en hojuelas
Azúcar al gusto.
Yo empecé picando en trozos pequeños para que así sé más fácil que la licuadora mezclé bien.
Ahora, seguido de eso, añadí la papaya al vaso, junto al restante de los ingredientes que vendrían, siendo la leche, la avena y por último el agua.
Para finalizar licué todo hasta que la mezcla quedara totalmente homogénea, más o menos durante unos 3 minutos.
Y listo, antes de culminar, les recuerdo que la papaya ya es un poco dulce, por lo tanto, recomendaría que usaran poca.
Recomiendo este batido a personas que tengan problemas de estreñimiento, ya que facilita la digestión

Today I want to share with you an ideal recipe for a hot day. It is a papaya smoothie with oatmeal and milk, perfect for digestion, very healthy and of course very delicious.
For this one you need:
100 gr of papaya
2 tablespoons of milk
100 gr of oat flakes

I started by chopping into small pieces so that it would be easier for the blender to mix well.
Now, after that, I added the papaya to the glass, along with the rest of the ingredients that would come, being the milk, the oatmeal and finally the water.
Finally, I blended everything until the mixture was completely homogeneous, more or less for about 3 minutes.
And ready, before finishing, I remind you that papaya is already a little sweet, therefore, I would recommend that you use little.
I recommend this smoothie to people who have constipation problems, as it facilitates digestion.
