One of the things I do is replace dinner with smoothies. I did it two years ago. Where replacing breakfast with fruit juice. Well, this time I will do the same thing. Replacing dinner with juice or smoothies. This time, the drink I made was a mango smoothie. What are the ingredients I use?
Ingredients
1. 1 small mango
2. 1 ripe banana
3. a glass of milk
How to make
1. Peel the mango and banana. Then cut the mango and banana according to taste.
2. Prepare a blender and add all the ingredients, mango and banana. Don't forget to add milk. Blend all ingredients
3. Mango smoothies are ready to drink.
It is better to add yogurt to add flavor and reduce milk. Another thing I feel, in my daily life, I don't eat enough fruits. So, I need to eat fruits regularly. That's all I can tell you. See you in my next story.

eating carbs makes it hard to wake up. Alternatively, I need lots of fiber and protein. and mangoes and bananas get me fiber
