Favorite Drink Ice Mango Jelly

Drinks are always a must-have dish when gathering with family, even if this is not prepared properly many will be disappointed. Like my nephews for example, every time they visit mom's house, they always ask what's the best drink today! As if that were to be a pressure saying I had to prepare a nice drink for them. Fresh sweet fruit and delicious jelly are their favourites. Then I thought of combining the 2 ingredients into the drink later.

Jelly Mango Ice

This simple drink made from chunks of mango and jelly has an interesting taste and color. Even mixing milk into this drink makes it more character. I have always enjoyed processing fruit into a sweet drink. I think sweet drinks will be very liked by children. But make sure the level of sweetness is still within your reach, avoid excessive sweetness especially from sugar.

This drink is now going to be a children's favorite and they are even very happy when they see this drink on my dining table. So, instead of being curious, let's take a look at the preparations for the preparation in the process of making this drink.

Materials Used

2 mangoes
1 pack of mango jelly
1 pack of grape flavored jelly
10 spoons of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sus full cream
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Sugar to taste

Step Creating

Step 1
In making drinks with a combination of jelly, of course I have to prepare the jelly first. Here my first step is to prepare the jelly, pour the jelly powder then add 400ml of water.

Step 2
Add one cup of sugar or according to taste, then stir, turn on the fire and cook until it boils.

Step 3
After boiling, turn off the stove and pour fruity acid and stir. Then pour the jelly into the mold and wait until it hardens.

Step 4
While waiting for the jelly to harden, prepare the mango then cut the mango into cubes.

Step 5
After the jelly hardens, cut the jelly into cubes or according to your taste.

Step 6
After all the ingredients are prepared, it's time to mix the drink. This is the moment I've been waiting for the most.
Place the mango pieces in a large bowl.

Step 7
Add mango and grape flavored jelly
Then add the chia seeds that have been soaked in water.

Step 8
Add sweetened condensed milk, then add full cream milk, stir until evenly distributed, add ice cubes according to taste.

Results

Ice mango jelly is ready to be enjoyed, this is a refreshing drink that can be enjoyed during the day. It tastes sweet fresh from natural mangoes that smell good and taste very distinctive. You know, this drink is perfect for family gatherings. I distributed a little to my neighbor in front of the house, he said he really liked it. In fact, he says you can make good use of mangoes, this is very delicious.
