Hi all Guy's, I think all are well. However today I want to present very unique and medicinal juice in my house. That it ceruse juice.
Its test different and many advantage in our body. So can't wait just show my process.
Ingredient:
- 2 pcs curuse
- 50 gm grap
- 1 table spoon sugar
- Little bit salt
- 1 pcs chili
- Half glass of water
How to make:
First you need to wash your ceruse and grape.
Remove all sheed inside ceruse. Than cube by knife and put mixer matchine.
Now put some grape because grape make test different.
Now put one pcs green chili.
Then one table spoon sugar.Little bit salt. Half glass of water.
Now all ingredients need to proper mix. When mix properly now put all juice in your glass. Its look very colorful.
important:
Ceruse is a medicinal fruit and I think all over the world you find it. There are many advantage in a ceruse. Ceruse control Blood pressure, skin care and good for heart. If you want to healthy must you need take fruit.so don't wait just make your juice and gather experience.
Finally I suggest all my Member's in this community, at least two time in a months should take a glass of ceruse juice. It has many advantage.

You are right test spicy but you should try at least one time. Anyway, thanks for your opinion.
Here in my country that fruit is called Nispero and it is delicious and very sweet, as for your drink I find it very exotic.
