Tomato juice is always healthy for human body. This is first time I made this. Last week I saw a post about tomato juice. Before that I know only about tomato sauce. Well I inspire from this port and now I am thinking to make tomato juice.
You know that tomato is full of vitamin c. the amount of vitamin C is not too much. But is a very simple and easy source of vitamin C and everyone know that vitamin C is very important for human health. Its also a good veg of controlling diet. Some people said is good for kidney and others. So you can understand that tomato juice is a good source of vitamin c and good for human health.
Ingredients
- Tomato 4 piece
- Mint leaf 4 piece
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- Lemon half piece
Steps
Step 1: Take some fresh rip tomato and cut it small pieces and then take this in a blender jar, take half glass of water And then blend is properly.
Step 2: Now take some mint leaf in blender jar
Step 3 : Use sugar in blender jar
Step 4 : finally add half lemon in blender jar and blend all this properly
Step 5 : Now time to filter this . so I am using a strainer to filter this juice and take in a glass . I am using 1 piece of tomato and lemon piece for decoration .**
Now my juice id ready for drink.
Its much testy , lemon give it’s a extra ordinary flavor . and I am using mint leaf its give a minty flavor so my juice is much good to drink .
