Taking care if our body is really important, taking foods or drink that is reach with vitamins is good, having a workout routine can also help. Although I am saying all this and I know the good benefits it can bring to our body, but doing it is the hardest part. Lol. Especially for me. Anyways this drink's really refreshing. I already tried this drink but instead of lemon, I used Calamansi. Its a good alternative too, I think.
At first, it will be hard to get used to workout. But once you start, you will be addicted. I watch workouts on YouTube and do them at home :)
