Hello Hivers and friends who loves healthy drinks. Hope we are all set in energy for this new wonderful week. May your week be productive and successful.
Today I prepared some energetic smoothie drink that can keep us energized as we thrive for this new week. This combination comprises peanut chocolate bar 🍫 , carrots 🥕 oats flakes and touch of banana🍌for that sweet flavoring.
I made this smoothie as a snack and as take away for an on the go afternoon after a light breakfast to help me for on the field brunch before proper lunch or as the case might be through the day. Energy is what we all require especially when we have loads of work and must keep moving.
And with the peanut chocolate bar and the oats, its a whole delight while the carrot and banana serves as flavors and vitamins. Its a combination I recommend to you guys especially as a mid - day - snack for all day energy energy .
Lets go on to see the ingredients and steps for preparing this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
150 g of oats Flakes
2 medium size carrots
60 g peanut chocolate bar
2 glass of water
1 banana
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Pinch of salt.
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To prepare this delightful energetic smoothie, I will first clean the carrots, wash them and dice them in small cubes, then set aside.
Step 2.
I will cut open the peanut chocolate bar, cut to pieces and set aside.
Step 3
I will proceed to pour the oat flakes in a pot, adding some water and stirred it before I set it on the cooker.
Step 4.
Once it starts boiling, I will add the carrots to cook along, stirring it to avoid sticking
Step 5.
Then will add pinch of salt and the brown sugar and stirred them in evenly.
Step 6.
Finally added the base of this recipe, the peanut chocolate bar 🍫 as the oat is about to cook, . Will stir it in to incorporate and once the oat turns brownie, I will set it down.
Step 7.
Once the Oats cools down, I will take into the blender adding the banana for flavor.
Step 8.
Next is to blend all added ingredients to obtain that energy delight smoothie I need for an energetic day.
Step 9.
And here I will serve this beauty puree yummy that looks so appetizing. This is more than a smoothie indeed. Looking at the creaminess tells me this is a good energetic combination that we all deserves.
And for a take away as brunch while working on field, I will freeze the smoothie jar 🏺while getting ready and pack it up once about to leave . Smoothies can serve as breakfast , brunch or even light dinner when we don’t feel like having something heavy to bed. Enjoy this recipe once you have the available ingredients.

This drink is curious, due to the use of carrot, however, I think it gives it a beautiful color and surely adds depth to the flavor. The chocolate bar adds a tasty touch to the drink. Good and energetic recipe @sunshine29
