Happy and blessed evening to all my hiver friends and to the loving beauties of #amazingdrinks. Hope you all had an amazing day this Wednesday. Sending lots of love to you all ❤
Today has been a rainy day ☔, although the rain has been off and on for sometimes now causing the weather to look a bit cold.
Earlier this morning, the weather was bright, causing the sun ☀ to shine a bit but suddenly, the weather changed and it rained heavily ☔. This is what the season is all about,. A bit of sunshine ☀, and a bit of rain. We can't wait for full summer days right ☀🌴🍂🍁?
So today friends I decided to make a ginger and black tea recipe to share with you all. The cold weather made me to go for this recipe because ginger is what I felt I needed at this point in time.
We all know how good ginger is to our health especially helping us to fight cold and flu at this time of the year. Ginger has numerous benefits that is why we must not allow ginger finish in our pantry because practically every meal we make needs a bit of ginger for those of us who love this root organic.
The combination of ginger and black tea is a combination you will love if you want to try this recipe. Black Tea is very good for those of us who wants to maintain a good physical look because it helps us fight fat if we constantly take it first thing every morning. So the combination of these two teas is so perfect as a warm morning or night drink.
INGREDIENTS :
2 cm of ginger tea
half teaspoon of black tea
1 small size fresh lemon
1 teaspoon of premium sugar
11/2 cup of spring water
Steps For Preparation
- I will first wash the right amount of ginger needed for this tea, then will peel it and slice it. You can choose to grate your ginger if you want but.I choose to slice it since I will be adding black tea to it.
- After slicing the ginger, I pour the amount of water that I will be needing for this tea into the pot, set it on the stove to boil. then I will add the sliced ginger.
- I will add the black tea to the ginger after about 3-4 minutes and allow to boil for another minute.
- I will then set it down to cool for just 2 minutes, then sieve it.
- After sieving it, I will squeeze a bit of lemon in it and serve
- Added just one teaspoon of premium sugar, but this is optional.
- This tea is served warm and can be taken with toasted bread, piece of cake or any snack of your choice.
I hope to see you again soonest. Enjoy your evening ❤
