This drink is perfect for hydrating and enjoying on these hot days. Plus, it's a gold mine of vitamins and nutrients! Pineapple is full of vitamin C, which is essential for the immune system and skin health, and manganese, which aids in bone formation. Carrot, on the other hand, is known for its high beta-carotene content, which is important for eye and skin health.
The best part is that this juice is not only good for you, but it's also super tasty. It has that hint of sweetness reminiscent of melon and papaya, and the pineapple adds a citrusy orange-like zing that perfectly complements the sweetness of the carrot.
Ingredients:
- Half a pineapple
- Two carrots
- Sugar to taste
- 1 2/3 liters of water
Preparation:
We start by preparing the pineapple juice. In a blender, we combine the half pineapple cut into pieces with a little water. We can strain the resulting pineapple juice or leave it as it is to obtain a higher fiber intake.
