I know that Mojito is actually a drink from the State of Quba which contains alcohol and soda at the same time, but now the mojito recipe continues to develop which is adjusted to the needs. Like me who does not consume alcohol so I remove alcohol in my recipe but the presence of soda will remain as a characteristic of this drink. And of course in this recipe I have made a mojito recipe with my recipe without sugar, alcohol and white rum. And for the ingredients to make this mojito it is not difficult for me to get because the ingredients are already available at home. And let's pay attention to the recipe that I will write below
The ingredients I need to make this Mojito ice are:
1. 1 bottle of Sprite or soda with any brand without flavor (depending on taste)
2. Mint leaves (I use mint leaves so that there is a cold sensation in my mojito and the amount of mint leaves depends on the size of the mint leaves themselves, and in this recipe I use at least 5 mint leaves because the leaves I have are very small)
3. ¼ spoon of chea seeds (because I only made 1 portion, I only used ¼ of the chea seeds so that it doesn't thicken later)
4. ½ part of a lemon
How to make:
1. First, wash the mint leaves that I just picked, then put them in a glass and mash them a little using a spoon so that the aroma comes out
2. After that, I put in the chea seeds
3. Then I put in the lemon juice and I didn't include the peel because the type of lemon I used was a local lemon whose skin was a little bitter so I only used the juice.
4. Then I put ice in the glass
5. And the last one is I put in unflavored soda water into the glass
6. Stir slowly and the Mojito ice is done and ready to be enjoyed
The taste of the mojito that I made is a fresh sourness in the mouth, the cold sensation of ice and mint leaves mixed together make my mojito more alive and the energy that I have used up after a day of work is also full again. And this is actually a delicious drink but I also shouldn't consume it too often because the soda water that I use can cause obesity and increase the sugar levels in my body. But it all comes back to each person's lifestyle. That's my mojito recipe, greetings tomiDiwirja, Indonesia
