Honestly, when I made these pumpkin smoothies, I was afraid that I would have too high expectations for the taste and I was very worried that what I made would be wasted and wasted and if it was like that, my wife would definitely be angry because she really doesn't like all kinds of food that are wasted, while there are many people out there who are not as lucky as me who have a comfortable life and can enjoy eating and drinking every day with sufficient nutritional sources. However, even though at the beginning I was a little pessimistic, I'm sure these will definitely be delicious smoothies. Because I've seen my wife make food from this pumpkin and it works. And my wife also encouraged me that yellow pumpkin is very delicious to use in various foods and drinks. Armed with that, I became enthusiastic again,
The ingredients I need to make these pumpkin smoothies are:
1. 250 grams of yellow pumpkin
2. 1 sachet of sweetened condensed chocolate milk measuring 65 ML
3. 1 glass of water
4. 3 tablespoons of nutmeg syrup (can be omitted if you don't have it)
5. Coco chips for topping (ignore if not available or can be replaced with another topping)
The way I make this smothis is:
1. The first thing I did was peel the pumpkin first and clean the seeds, then I washed it clean and boiled it for about 5-10 minutes
2. After that, I drained it and let it sit for a while until the pumpkin cooled
3. After the pumpkin had cooled, I put the pumpkin in the blender
4. After I put the pumpkin into the bender then I put in the sweetened condensed milk
5. Then I added the nutmeg syrup
6. And finally, I added the water, after that I blended until smooth
7. After the pumpkin was smooth I put it in a glass and I topped it with coco chips but the coco chips sank and couldn't float..ha..ha..
8. My pumpkin smoothies are ready.
And after I tasted it, I smiled really big, it turned out that this was delicious and I liked it, but when my wife tasted it, she said that this smothies was too sweet for her who has not consumed sugar at all after the last 2 years and the use of sweetened condensed milk plus nutmeg syrup made my smothies really have a sweet taste. If you like something sweet, the recipe I recommend is perfect even if you don't use nutmeg syrup. However, if you don't like sweet things, you can reduce the sweetened condensed milk to just half a sachet. You can try it yourself and taste the deliciousness of these yellow pumpkin smoothies,
