Simple recipe: make butterfly pea flower tea with Yakult

Hello all Hive friends, the rainy season is quite intense in my country, especially in my city. The intensity is between moderate to heavy, even the road at my house is very muddy due to the intensity of the rain which is quite heavy. Times like this are more enjoyable if we consume something warm so that our body is fresh and doesn't get sick easily, of course. However, I don't know why today I want something cold, maybe because from morning to evening the weather is very cloudy so I do all the work outside the house happily because the weather seems to support my activities.

Because of my busy activities outside the house, I want something cold now and I just realized that I have butterfly pea flowers that my wife has dried and I want to make butterfly pea flower tea this afternoon, but not hot but in a cool state cold. To make this butterfly pea flower tea, I don't need a lot of ingredients, because I just want something that is very easy to make, because this is only for me, not for my wife. Don't say I'm stingy, my wife can't eat cold ones because she has inflammation in addition to the cold weather like this. If he wants to taste my tea later, I won't allow him to do this for his health.

The main ingredients I need are only two and what do you want to know? I will share it with all of you below:
1. Flower Telang
The butterfly pea flowers that I use are dried butterfly pea flowers and not too many, only about 5 butterfly pea flowers, because if there are too many the taste will be a little bitter, 5 dried butterfly pea flowers can also make the color of our tea more attractive, not just attractive. However, butterfly pea flowers are also rich in health benefits
2. Yakult
For this recipe I only used 1 bottle of Yakult so that the resulting taste wouldn't be too sour later
3. Ice cubes
Use just enough ice cubes, don't overdo it
4. Water
I use 1/2 glass of water because I will mix it with ice cubes.

The method for making this is also very simple:

1. Take water and boil it with the dried butterfly pea flowers

2. After the water boils, let it sit for a moment so that the butterfly pea flower tea is warm, because if you wait for it to cool it will take a little longer and I can't wait for that

3. After that, add the ice cubes and I only use a few ice cubes so it doesn't get too cold later

4. After adding the ice cubes to the butterfly pea flower tea, pour the Yakult into it.

5. Cold telang flower tea with Yakult can be enjoyed.

To be able to enjoy this butterfly pea flower tea in a sweet way, you can add granulated sugar during the boiling process of the butterfly pea flower or you can also use honey to make it taste much sweeter, but at this time I will only use these two ingredients, because 1 bottle of Yakult what I will mix now is more than enough to make the perfect blend of flavors that I want.
The taste resulting from the combination of these two ingredients is fresh and slightly sour from the yakult fermentation.
Enjoy trying my recipe, greetings from Tomidiwirja, Indonesia
