Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of God.

Easy homemade papaya juice

I like to eat all kinds of fruits. Other foods such as rice and bread are not very good. Maybe because of this my health is not good. But I am healthy. Being healthy is the greatest blessing in the world. People say if you don't eat rice and bread you will not survive. I eat rice and bread once a day. Nothing happens to me In fact, the creator has given many types of food for us in the world. We can survive by eating any food from it.

Today I made papaya juice at home. I like sweet fruits very much. My mother will help me make juice. She gave the skin of the papaya. Cut the papaya piece by piece. In a word, he did all the work. I was a spectator.

Eating fruits is very good for health. But it should be free from adulteration. Now formalin is given to keep the fruit fresh for a long time. Formalin is a poisonous substance. It has many bad effects on our body. Fruits without formalin are good for our body. You have to go to the market and buy formalin free fruits. Now formalin free fruits are not easily available to buy and common people have no way to know which ones contain formalin and which ones do not. Papaya juice is very good for health. Papaya is rich in vitamin A. Which helps to increase the eye sight. It is better to buy papaya from the market and make juice at home. Good quality juice available at low cost Homemade juice is healthy. If you go to a restaurant and order papaya juice, it costs a lot of money It can also be unhealthy.

Ingredients for making papaya juice

Papaya2 pieces
Sugar2-3 teaspoons
Waterlike amount

Prepared method of preparing papaya juice

First I took a ripe papaya. Then cut the papaya with a knife. I took all the skins well. If papaya has skin on it, it will be bitter to eat. So I took the peel of papaya well.

Then I washed the papaya well. Then I cut the papaya in the middle. Then I cut it into pieces. Just like this.

Then we brought our blender. I took sugar and water.

Then I cut the pieces even smaller. Otherwise, the papaya pieces will not blend easily in the blender. After cutting it, I added some salt.

Then I gave sugar and water.

Then I blended. After 0.30 seconds of blending, the juice is ready. Now it's time to pour the juice into the glass. Did not blend well. No problem though. It can also be eaten this way. This is exactly what happened after blending.

Then I poured the juice into the glass. Had a glass of juice.

Then I ate the juice myself. My family doesn't eat sweets much. But I like sweets a lot.

Formalin is not something I have ever heard before. Is that done in all countries?

I don't know that. But in our Bangladesh, all fruits are given this formalin. To keep fresh for long days.

Good morning @toufiq44

Here, and in all Hive food communities, you must make the recipes yourself, which is why we require that users show photos of making the drinks, not just posing with the ingredients.

Greetings.

I didn't know the rules. Later I will post according to the rules.

We inform you that we will not accept recipes made by someone else, you must make them yourself, and you must show it in photos
