Hola amigos, muchos saludos a todos, en mi primera publicación en esta comunidad de #Amazingdrinks. Hoy animada en mostrarle una deliciosa Bebida de Papaya, Piña y Celery que frecuentemente consumo para combatir la inflamación, además de lo nutritiva por ese festin de frutas tropicales que tenemos a la vista.
Hello friends, many greetings to all, in my first publication in this community of #Amazingdrinks. Today encouraged to show you a delicious Papaya, Pineapple and Celery Drink that I frequently consume to fight inflammation, besides how nutritious for that tropical fruit feast we have in sight.
Cuando mi sentía inflamada a causa de mis días o por algo que había comido, mi madre solía prepararme esta nutritiva bebida, al principio no me gustaba solo la consumia por lo saludable, luego me empezó a gustar y desde allí es parte de mi alimentación.
La papaya se le dice la fruta saludable por sus bondades, la consumo mucho en jugos, contiene vitamina A, C, fibra, flavonoides, minerales, papaina, al igual que el Apio la cual es un vegetal lleno de propiedades y que cuenta que es un digestivo y antiflatulento.
Me encanta La piña, la consumo mucho en rodajas, esta es una fruta que tiene muchas propiedades como vitamina C, A, ácido fólico y minerales como el potasio, hierro y magnesio, además de mucha fibra. También tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias, la combinación de estas dos frutas tropicales y el apio, es muy recomentable para combatir la la inflamación y digestión. Me gusta la hidratación que aportan estos tres alimentos.
When I felt swollen because of my days or because of something I had eaten, my mother used to prepare this nutritious drink, at first I didn't like it, I just consumed it for its healthiness, then I started to like it and since then it is part of my diet.
Papaya is called the healthy fruit because of its goodness, I consume it a lot in juices, contains vitamin A, C, water, fiber, flavonoids, minerals, papain, as well as celery, which is a vegetable full of properties and is a digestive and anti-flatulent.
I love Pineapple, I eat it a lot in slices, this is a fruit that has many properties such as vitamin C, A, folic acid and minerals such as potassium, iron and magnesium, plus a lot of fiber. It also has anti-inflammatory properties, the combination of these two tropical fruits and celery, is highly recommended to combat inflammation and digestion. I like the hydration these three foods provide.
Ingredientes| Ingredients
1 taza de Piña
1 taza de Papaya
1 tallo de Apio
1 vaso de agua fria
- Azúcar morena al gusto.
1 cup of Pineapple
1 cup of Papaya
1 celery stalk
1 glass of cold water
- Brown sugar to taste.
Paso a paso| Step by step.
1.- Para preparar esta bebida rápida, primero desinfectamos las frutas y el vegetal.
To prepare this quick drink, we first remove the fruits and vegetables.
2.- Cortamos en trocitos la Papaya, le sacamos las semillas, hacemos lo mismo con la piña, y el Apio.
Cut the papaya into small pieces, remove the seeds, do the same with the pineapple and celery.
3.- Luego lo agregamos en la licuadora con el agua y el azúcar, licuamos hasta que todo se integre.
Then add it to the blender with the water and sugar, blend until everything is integrated.
Ahora a disfrutar de esta bebida rápida,fácil deliciosa y muy refrescante, es un licuado muy saludable que te ayudara mucho, con propiedades desinflamantes, diuréticas, con un aporte vitamínico y mineral, ánimate a prepararla.
