Un saludo a todos los amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad. Un gusto compartir con todos ustedes una deliciosa bebida natural, una explosión de sabores tropicales y buenos aportes vitamínicos les hablo de un jugo natural y saludable de piña y papaya.

Greetings to all the friends of this wonderful community. It is a pleasure to share with you all a delicious natural drink, an explosion of tropical flavors and good vitamins, I am talking about a natural and healthy pineapple and papaya juice.

Para fortuna mía ingredientes para este jugo son:

• 1/2 papaya o lechosa.
• 1/2 piña.
• 2 vasos con agua fría y potable.
• Azúcar o miel al gusto (opcional)

Digo afortunadamente porque la piña salió dulce y la lechosa o papaya muy carnosa y deliciosa.

Fortunately for me the ingredients for this juice are:

• 1/2 papaya or milky.
• 1/2 pineapple.
• 2 glasses of cold drinking water.
• Sugar or honey to taste (optional)

I say fortunately because the pineapple came out sweet and the papaya or lechosa very fleshy and delicious.

Después de lavar y pelar echamos en la licuadora con agua fría la frutas, ojo! No hay que usar mucha azúcar.

After washing and peeling, put the fruit in the blender with cold water, but be careful not to use too much sugar.

En la licuadora procedemos a mezclar los ingredientes. Este paso es fácil y rápido. Ambas frutas son una delicia y ofrecen beneficios para uno como la piña que es cicatrizante e hidratante. La papaya es rica en fibra y papaina brinda sensación de llenura y rica en fibra.

In the blender we proceed to mix the ingredients. This step is easy and fast. Both fruits are a delight and offer benefits for one such as pineapple which is healing and moisturizing. Papaya is rich in fiber and papaya provides a feeling of fullness and rich in fiber.

Después de la licuadora, procedemos a pasar por un colador o filtro porque luego servir. El azúcar es al gusto, preferiblemente mejor es un toque de miel o stevia para endulzar.

After the blender, we proceed to pass through a strainer or filter because then serve. The sugar is to taste, preferably a touch of honey or stevia to sweeten.

Listo mi bebida natural y deliciosa. Una bebida de frutas tropicales, totalmente natural, recomendable... En los días de calor esta es la bebida ideal; para los que quieren hacer un cambio en su vida con las bebidas en vez de una gaseosa, pueden probar esta combinación de frutas, si la piña es dulce no necesita tanta azúcar, la podemos cambiar por miel, stevia o simplemente con el mismo dulzor de las frutas.

On hot days this is the ideal drink; for those who want to make a change in your life with drinks instead of a soda, you can try this combination of fruits, if the pineapple is sweet does not need so much sugar, we can change it for honey, stevia or simply with the same sweetness of the fruits.
