A refresching cocktail (eng-spa)

Un saludo a todos desde la distancia y espero que se encuentren bien de salud y vida en donde quiera que se estén, aquí en mi país VENEZUELA, estamos en un verano casi perenne y el calor esta haciendo de las suyas...estuve en el mercado y llegue agotada del calor, pero entre una cosa y otra decidí hacerme un cóctel suave y agradable para este verano: UN REFRESCANTE CÓCTEL PARA ESTE VERANO.

Greetings to everyone from a distance and I hope you are all in good health and alive wherever you are, here in my country VENEZUELA, we are in an almost perennial summer and the heat is doing its thing... I was at the market and I arrived exhausted from the heat, but between one thing and another I decided to make myself a soft and pleasant cocktail for this summer: A REFRESHING COCKTAIL FOR THIS SUMMER.

Para esta receta utilice los siguientes ingredientes que tenia en mi refrigerador y algunos cítricos que compre:

• 2 naranjas.
• 1 - 2 mandarinas.
• 2 limones.
• 1 vaso de sangria de tu preferencia.
• 1/2 vaso de chinoto o sprite o soda.
• hielo al gusto.

For this recipe, I used the following ingredients I had in my refrigerator and some citrus fruits I purchased:

• 2 oranges
• 1 tangerine
• 2 lemons
• 1 glass of sangria of your choice
• 1/2 glass of chinoto, Sprite, or soda
• Ice to taste

El procedimiento es sumamente fácil, ya que una vez con todos los ingredientes sobre la mesa se procede a realizar este cóctel. En una jarra con hielo, se añade las mandarinas, el jugo de limón, el sprite o soda y la sangría, luego de último le añadimos el jugo de las naranjas recién exprimidos con un colador para no echarles las semillas...con esta cantidad de cítricos se puede hacer una refrescante bebida con un tono suave de grado alcohólico ya que le hielo sucumbe frente al calor y este aporta mas agua a la mezcla. Y listo sirvo en mi vaso favorito y decoro con azúcar al gusto para combinar lo cítrico al paladar.

The process is extremely simple, as once all the ingredients are on the table, you can make this cocktail. In a pitcher filled with ice, add the tangerines, lemon juice, Sprite or soda, and sangria. Finally, add the freshly squeezed orange juice through a strainer to remove the seeds. With this amount of citrus, you can make a refreshing drink with a mild alcohol content, as the ice succumbs to the heat, adding more water to the mix. And that's it, I serve it in my favorite glass and garnish with sugar to taste to combine the citrus notes with my palate.

Inicié con una franela y luego durante la preparación del cóctel el calor se hizo mas fuerte y quede mas ligera de ropa pero refrescante ya que el calor esta sobre los 41 grados Celsius, es agobiante, esta bebida es suave, no pretendo embriagarme pero si sentir sabores deliciosos con el cítrico de las frutas como las naranjas, los limones y las mandarinas en una combinación deliciosa y refrescante.

I started with a shirt and then during the preparation of the cocktail the heat became stronger and I was left with lighter clothes but refreshing since the heat is over 41 degrees Celsius, it is oppressive, this drink is smooth, I do not intend to get drunk but to feel delicious flavors with the citrus of fruits like oranges, lemons and tangerines in a delicious and refreshing combination.

Se atreven a realizar una bebida suave y refrescante como esta, les confieso que el color de la sangría lo hace mas apetecible y bien frio es deliciosa, al sentir la mezcla de cítricos en mi boca y comerlas mientras me doy un gusto de tomar este refrescante cóctel caribeño.
