I saw him yesterday. Again. After quite a few months actually. It's hard to see him this way but still, I was thinking about why I haven't yet seen him since he made his last appearance. You can say I was much anxious as I was relieved to see him now.
So yeah, I saw him. The meeting place was odd. Odd in a sense that it was out of nowhere. There was no breeze or sunlight whatsoever although I remember it being in daylight. I was sitting in the chair, thinking absolutely nothing and then he came. He was on his bike, so typical of him. I was about to buy iftaar for that day. He saw me while passing and made a stop. I blanked out for a minute or so and then quickly pulled myself. I knew the distinction between the realities often blurs as I see him but I started chatting with him anyway. Apparently, he came to buy iftaar items. Surprising cause lately he hasn't been doing iftaar with us. Anyway, I asked him if I'm buying the iftaar, and he doesn't need to worry. His reply was, "Let me buy today. The day is special so special items should be there". And that was it. The end of the conversation. After that, he vanished from there like a cloud of smoke in a chimney.
I couldn't figure out what was special that day. Neither of us had a birthday that day nor it was his death anniversary. But I guess seeing your father in your dream does make a case for making the day a special one whether you want to or not.
