The beautiful thing about developing a habit is that it is only hard for the first few months sometimes weeks or maybe year. The point is overtime you find that it has become a part of you.
Then it becomes easier to expand without disrupting whatever you have built. You even find that it becomes much more easier to push yourself to do more.
I am trying to include work out in my daily routine just to keep myself fit, for now I'm going with 10mins per day, maybe overtime the goal will change.
