The beautiful thing about developing a habit is that it is only hard for the first few months sometimes weeks or maybe year. The point is overtime you find that it has become a part of you.

Then it becomes easier to expand without disrupting whatever you have built. You even find that it becomes much more easier to push yourself to do more.

I am trying to include work out in my daily routine just to keep myself fit, for now I'm going with 10mins per day, maybe overtime the goal will change.

you are doing well my dear. hoping to get a workout mat so I can start my fitness plan...that is the excuse I have been giving.
