There are numerous things to be grateful about in life but for the purpose of this post I will be focusing on one germane part of my life that I am grateful for every blessed day. The economy of the world has been down for some time now and the prices of goods and services have doubled compared to what they used to be some years back. The prices of goods and services are increasing day by day, yet the standard of living isn't improving.
An average salary earner earns the same amount he has been earning and he still have to pay bills at high costs. In our world today, the poverty level have risen so high that it is quite difficult for some people to put food in their mouths because there are no job opportunities. Children who are supposed to be in school are on the streets working in order to join the income of their parents so as to provide daily food.
One thing I'm grateful for is that despite how the prices of foods, transportation, tariffs etc are increasing, God is still blessing me to be able to afford them.
There is a popular quote that I love so much about survival and it goes thus:
"No matter how bad the economy of the jungle, a lion will never eat grass" - African Proverbs
It is not because I'm special or rich but because I'm favored and this is the more reason I have to be grateful.

It was a very brief gratitude but with some much in-depth because the present price hike is terrible and the income is fixed but I am happy you are surviving well
Yes o.. Super grateful for this too, because the highest we can do is complain, las las we need them expensive or not and it is by Gods grace that we are not lacking in anyway.
Yes o. They are necessities that we need every day and even though we can't control the price increment, we are still able to afford them to some extent.
