How to change your Hive and Hive dollar to bitcoin using Blocktrades

Introduction

There are many exchange platforms that allow you trade Hive and Hive dollar pairs with Bitcoin or other coins. Blocktrades (https://hive.blog/@blocktrades) is one of them and I have been using it for some time. I do on-boarding of new members and some of them want to know how to trade Hive dollar to other coins like Bitcoin. So, this tutorial will show you how to do it. But before that, here are some of my newest recruits.

How to change your Hive and Hive dollar to bitcoin using Blocktrades

Step 1. Open https://blocktrades.us/en/trade
Step 2. Click here and select Hive or Hive dollar depending on the coin you want to exchange. (Check image below)

Step 3. Enter the amount you want to change.
Step 4. Click this arrow and select bitcoin from the menu.
Step 5. Copy and paste your bitcoin wallet address here.
Step 6. Click this button to get the deposit address

Step 7. Enter your hive username here. (Check image above)
Step 8 : Click here to transfer using HiveSigner
Step 9. Click here to continue

Step 10: If you already have a HiveSigner password, enter the password in the box labelled "Hivesigner password." and click login. After that, continue from step 17. But for my newbies that do not have a password for HiveSigner, Click on the button that arrow 10 is pointing. (Check image above)

Step 11. (You are now creating a Hivesigner password assuming you are new) Enter your username.
Step 12. Paste your Master key here.
Step 13. Click here to continue

Step 14: Create a password for your HiveSigner login. (Check Image above).
Step 15. Confirm the password.
Step 16. Click this button
Step 17. Click here to finish

Congratualtions, you have changed your Hive dollar or Hive to bitcoin. You can check your bitcoin wallet after few minutes to see the bitcoin sent.
