Then take 4 tablespoons of mustard oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add the blended mustard and onion mixture. I will add a little onion and garlic paste in it, if it is fresh fish, even if you don't give it, you can add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder for 3 to 4 minutes. When it becomes spicy, you have to add the fish pieces. You have to spread the spice on the fish well for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes you have to take the fish upside down. And be careful not to break the fish so that it does not break. After flipping the fish, I will give you half a cup of hot water. You can give more if you want. If you want to keep the soup, then the mustard hilsa is smeared on it, it is fun to eat it this way. I shook the light and left the fish for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I am turning the fish over again and then I will add 4 green chillies in it. I will call again for 5 minutes, then I will take it down. After cooking, you will smell a very beautiful smile. You will also get it when you cook. Then serve as you wish.
