Step-by-step instructions for combining cards.
Combining cards is a simple process to level up your cards in Splinterlands. Follow these steps to combine your cards:

The benefits of leveling up cards such as improved stats and abilities.
Leveling up cards is one of the key components of Splinterlands to improve your experience in this game. Here are the main benefits:
Higher Stats: Cards gain better stats like more attack, speed, health or armor, which makes them stronger in battles. Higher stats can help you win more battles and climb higher in the leagues. More Abilities: As cards level up, they unlock powerful abilities that are not available at lower levels. These abilities can provide a huge advantage in battles, making your team more effective. |
Tips for deciding which cards to prioritize.
When deciding which cards to level up, it is important to focus on the ones that will give you the most value in battles. Here are some tips:
Most Used Monsters: Start by leveling up the monsters you use the most in battles. These are the cards that will have the biggest impact on your performance. Skip Summoners: Leveling up summoners are expensive so it is often better to focus on leveling up your monsters first. You can rent summoners at higher levels to support your leveled up monsters. This is what I do usually although since I buy packs, if I get summoners and I only need like 1 or 2, I do level up the summoners as well but they are not prioritized. |
Strategies for acquiring extra cards to combine.
Getting extra cards to combine can be done through a mix of earning and purchasing. Here are some effective strategies:
Post in Hive: Writing and engaging in the Hive community can earn you rewards. Use those rewards to buy card packs or individual cards from the market. Play Splinterlands Modern Ranked: By playing in Modern Ranked battles, you can earn Glint. Use Glint in the Glint Shop to purchase additional rewards cards. This is a good consistent way to grow your collection while playing the game. The only downside is that you would be limited to rewards card that you cannot sell, traded or delegated to others unless unlocked, which costs a lot than just buying packs. |
