A strong defense is built on the will to adapt and the power to endure.

Djinn Muirat is a Legendary card from the Death Element known for Void Armor and high defensive stats. This unit is good in handling all forms of damage thanks to its Void Armor. With a proper summoner like Waka Spiritblade, you can increase his combat value by improving something that he lacks, damage. Let me show you how a veteran uses Djinn Muirat to increase the quality of your gameplay using the Death element.
Lore
All rumors whispered in the darkest corners guess at where Djinn Muirat came from. Some say a union with death and darkness manifested him. Some say an underground rift opened and he clawed his way through. And others say a great dragon of darkness breathed its necrotic breath into a sacred temple, and the mixing of mana created Djinn Muirat.
The Djinn rules deep underneath Mortis, seated on a throne of skulls within his home, the Palace of Bone. He has hundreds of servants in his command, and even more people under his influence.

Card Effects
Void Armor |
This is great for absorbing both melee and magic attacks making Djinn Muirat effective against magic heavy teams. This ability is also not limited with current armor, therefore combining it with Protect or Repair ability will increase its survivability.
Knock Out |
Knock Out is a combo ability that deals double damage to stunned enemies. That means it only works when you have another unit that has Stun. While this ability is powerful, it requires specific setups to be effective.
Magic Reflect |
This ability punishes enemy magic attackers by reflecting a portion of their attack back at them. It is highly effective in magic heavy lineups. The reflected attack is also considered magic and passes through armor.
Forcefield |
This ability reduces heavy attacks to 1 if it passed 5 damage, making Djinn Muirat an excellent counter to high attack units. Given its nature, it would be ineffective against a team using multiple low attack units.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Djinn Muirat is exceptionally durable with Void Armor allowing it to withstand and magic attacks. This ability is his main strength giving him a good chance against magic heavy team. |
The main weakness of Djinn Muirat is its low 2 speed which can leave it vulnerable against team utilizing speed as their main function like Kelya Frendul. Some of its abilities like Knock Out also relies on other abilities making it unusable in some match ups. |
When To Use
Armored Up |
With extra armor added to all units, Djinn Muirat becomes more durable because of its Void Armor.
Up to Eleven |
Due to its Magic Reflect, Amplify, which is given by Up to Eleven Rule set, increases this damage by 1. While that doesn't look strong, you should take note that Magic Reflect's damage is still magic attack making it pass through armor.
Blood and Sunder |
Since only melee units are affected by Corossive Ward, this makes it a good rule set for Djinn Muirat.
When Not To Use
Unprotected |
Void Armor loses its impact in this rule set since all armor and armor related abilities do not function. Protect and Repair are also affected.
Target Practice |
While Djinn Muirat is still good in this rule set by placing him behind your main tank, the problem is that once he gets to the front, your backline gets exposed making it very tricky to adjust in this rule set.
Noxious Fumes |
While Void Armor can use armor to block magic attacks, it cannot block the damage from poison. This means that Djinn Muirat will die in 4 rounds if the battle took longer than that.

Even though I was countered by the enemy's Thaddius Brood, I still had the advantage in terms of consistent damage. Magic attacks, Poison and Thorns damage does not miss therefore, my units was able to pile up damage to my opponents quick. The combo of Magi Necrosi's Stun and Djinn Muirat's Knock Out were able to eliminate the opponent's xxx quickly by dealing an immense 4 damage. Overall, I just had better team compared to my enemy's resulting in my overwhelming win.
Final Thoughts
Djinn Muirat stands out as a durable Legendary tank with strong offensive and defensive capabilities. Its Void Armor and Magic Reflect make it a reliable pick in magic heavy battles. While its other abilities are also strong, they are more situational and tricky to use consistently unless used in specific situations.
Even without such abilities, Djinn Muirat is still good stat-wise. This makes him a good unit overall and its decent health and armor makes it fit really well with whatever team you are building.

It's incredible how this card has so many abilities, without a doubt it is very good.
He has one of the most abilities in the game. Usually, the most abilities legendary units have is 4.
