That news on the editorial part also made me sad when I read for the first time on social media.
The thing about bringing others is a hard one from my point of view. I have seen newcomers, their thoughts, expectations, and mindsets. I tried with two people to onboard them here, guided them in the strict(proper) way. One joined and couldn't survive and the other one didn't even come. I don't know if that was a failure of mine or the expectations of them that didn't match. But yeah, I would help the needy ones as far as I can.
