Walk To The Finish Line,

I am standing on a long road, too long to walk to the end. But there is a tempting reward waiting for me on the finish line. Reward that I can't ignore and walk away from that long road. Nothing is between me and my reward. A straightforward walk to the end, I may experience many things on my way but without touching the finish line, no rewards will be given, not even a fraction of my reward as gratitude to taste. Ah, I started walking on my way, experiencing many ups and downs, a path full of pleasure and hardships. After a few portions, I am feeling like, "Will I be able to do it? What if I give up midway? My hard work will be in vain, if I can't, I must give up right now to save energy instead of getting nothing." Negative thoughts seized me, soon I fell down mentally and skipped the task halfway thinking it would be better instead of toiling for a failed attempt.

After the failed run I was standing there again for another turn to achieve that reward. Actually, I need it but I am not getting both mentally and physically balanced to complete the task. Well, the same task was given but differently, with some new tempting rules.
This time the reward was divided into many portions on track, with every milestone one reaches he gets to taste the reward and run again for the next one. With every milestone, it gets tastier than the last one which creates more eagerness and temptation to achieve the next. This time, the mental strength was at its fullest with every achieved milestone to taste the next ones and got to touch the finish line pretty easily.

Hello guys, this is a story of my experience while learning something new. Every time I start something new, I get lost midway just like the first portion of the story mentioned above. Have you seen some of the youtube course videos? Ten to fifteen hours long ones are on my watchlist too, thanks to youtube they have added timestamps to jump as one prefers. One can easily target their desired portions to complete and keep track easily, with that things become easier to keep track and digest gradually. With constant short milestones, one can easily reach their preferred goals.

Instead of doing something randomly, consistency is a great help in that case. I have seen people in the gym, newbies trying heavy-weighted metals for some quick gains. Also, I got to see the long path of a few friends of mine to progress gradually but consistently. They have pointed out their roadmap in a consistent way, which is said to be more effective than those quick gains. I don't have much knowledge in that field.

With shorter gains but in a consistent way would keep us on track more effectively instead of a long single run that mostly fails. I am also on a ride that gives me fruits from the short milestone and I wanna keep this ride consistently moving towards the success.
