Well, I won't be setting my alarm for 4am tomorrow then 😃
Not that I would anyway because I like to feel rested and recharged so I can make the most of the time I'm awake. Actually, the opposite effect works pretty well for me - getting up later and resting for longer (I usually get 8 hours or more) means less time to procrastinate in the day and less time to get the goals I set done.
With this, I always have some motivation to get things done because there's that time deadline always lingering - just my way of thinking anyway.
Every one has their own way of doing things and getting up at 4am is just one. Like you said, it's what works and what people DO in their time they give themselves that makes the difference.

You're welcome.
I had enough of people telling me I would be broke because I got proper sleep at night.
You won't believe how far the 4 AM myth runs.
I wrote this to enlighten some minds out there.
Well I hope they are enlightened a bit more!
