First I will cut the taro stem into long pieces and wash it with clean water
1 / half cup measure lentils 2 / tomato four 3 / raw pepper five 4 / onion one 5 / garlic four pieces 6 / ginger garlic paste one teaspoon 7 / cumin powder turmeric powder and salt
I will soak the lentils in water for 10 minutes. Soaking the pulses in water does not take time to become perfect
Then I chop the onion, garlic and raw chilli. I will put a pot in the oven. When the pan is hot, fry the onion, garlic, green chillies with oil. When frying, fry again with the tomato pieces.
Then I will fry with ginger garlic paste
With lentils. I will give half a cup of water with turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt
When the lentils are lightly cooked, I will mix the taro stem with the taro stem spice with the help of a spoon.
I will cook taro stem on low heat in the oven for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I will roast taro stem pulses well and turn off the oven.
