Happy Eid...

Today is Eid-Ul-Fitr in Ukraine, after 1 month of Fasting this is the end of Ramadan and one of the biggest Muslim festival. It's been almost 2 and a half years since I am living in Ukraine, celebrating this festival without family friends. Due to the pandemic situation, we are unable to celebrate this festival. I don't know how others are celebrating eid but my family is staying at home and celebrating EID with other relatives.

When I was in my country, I used to wake up early morning and get ready for the day to celebrate. I used to wear new clothes, eat a lot of Eid foods and meet my friends and relatives. But after shifting myself in another country, the celebration of EID became different...

Whatever it's a good day today... So, I woke up early, wore a traditional cloth which my dad brought last year but didn't wear it and went out to capture some EID pictures.

Today's morning was really fresh, nice, and perfect for going out... I don't have Muslim friends here but we have a Muslim community/ Bangladeshi community here which is very small. So far I don't have any plan to go out and meet greet with me, but let's see. I just started my day...

Meanwhile I decided to capture some pictures of my building corridor. I found them interesting and I think I will go out for a nice walk. But before that, I will cook some Eid food which I have learned from my Maid. She is in Bangladesh, taking care of my family and cook for my family. So, whenever I need help regarding cook, I just call her for further instructions.

Here are some more captures of my building corridor, which seems like a hostel corridor. hahaha... Whatever so far I have spent my day walking around, capturing some pictures, and talking with my family and friends.

Later, I will go and will go out to consume some fresh air...

I wish you a happy day. It looks like every religion is having their traditions altered this year... 😑

Let's hope next year will be better.

Well, next year I will go home to celebrate Eid.. :D Hopefully, long time I am staying away from home so I need to visit next year... :P
