After a huge break it’s been in front of us that the importance of immunity can never die. It will stay long since with the body of human as far as I know in every animal need immunity for their health purposes actually for a better health purposes. The matter about it has been sleept through a long time but after the attack of covid-19 it has come to us that we only don't need to be stronger by eating carbohydrate but we should be conscious about our immunity.
The intention of my writing this blog is making awareness about immunity and encourage people to take those food in which we could be Produce enough vitamins to protect our body from several virus and bacteria.
I dont know about the weather which may impact on human immunity but it is said that the people of Bangladesh have enough strong immunity and have a strong body curriculum system. Thats why may be the people of Bangladesh are fighting Against this covid-19 strongly. It is good to hear but the fact is, we have a huge differences between our riches and the poor section.
Whatever, we are aware about our health and the immune system. But, it’s not good enough for protecting corona virus. We must increase our food habits to improve our health vondition and it only it could be the helpful weapon to protect disease. I hope we can be able to protect any kind of disease from our country.
I would rather talk about food that help immunity, such as omega-3 foods (nuts, tunafish), as well as food containing selenium, zinc, viamin A,C,E..
