And I watch silently

Lunges demand extra air
Darkness taking over
Those perfect ocean eyes
Sucking pupils in the process
How your blood rushes through your head
And the veins struggles to maintain the balance
The red in you, scares me

As your hand reach out for mine
And how I never flinch
As the touch crawl it’s way up on my skin
How the gentleness of yours
Clashes with the coldness of mine
The red in you, scares me
And I wait for that creepy smirk
Your lips manage to paint
Each time the control of my breathing
Submit to your mercy
The red in you, scares me
Not because of the way it leaves marks on my skin
But because of the simple reminder
You are just a mere definition of me.
