Hope all you are well. Today I am going to share with you how to make very delicious and healthy peanut butter at home. It is a very simple and easy process to do. You can try and make it easily at home.
Peanuts are very tasty, nutritious and healthy food.Peanuts are one of the different species of nuts. These nuts contain protein, fiber, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, vitamin A,B and C which are very beneficial for the human body.

- Helps to increase memory
- Keeps skin beautiful
Peanut butter
Peanut butter has a lot of protein and beneficial fats.It contains a lot of calories which gives a person enough energy for his daily work. We must include peanut butter in our morning meal. A person should consume two tablespoons of peanut butter a day, Which is extremely beneficial for the human body.
ingredients
- Peanut ( 200-300 grams of nuts)
- Pure honey ( 2 Teaspoons)
- Olive Oil ( 2 Teaspoons)
- Salt ( As per requirement)
First Step
First of all we should collect good quality peanuts with husk.Peanuts without husk can also be collected but in this case the quality of the nuts varies a little bit.
Second step
Then the shells are separated from the nuts.
Third Step
After peeling, the whole nuts should be fried on low heat for 10 minutes.
Forth Step
When the frying is over, after cooling down a bit, remove the thin layer from the nuts.
Fifth step
Then take 200 to 300 grams of nuts, 2 teaspoons of pure honey and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Sixth step
Then we will need a blender machine. First take all the fried nuts in the hopper of the blender machine. then blend the fried nuts for 1 to 2 minutes. After 12 minutes of exercise, they will turn into powder. After that, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey, 2 to 3 teaspoons of olive oil and a pinch of saltAfter adding all the ingredients, they should be blended together for 5 to 10 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes, a very nice, delicious and nutritious peanut butter will be made. No need to add any artificial colors.
Seventh step
When the peanut butter is made, it should be stored in a small glass container.
Remarks
We must include peanut butter in our daily diet. Eating two teaspoons of peanut butter every morning is very beneficial for our body. Moreover, it is very tasty to eat with breakfast like bread. It is a favorite food of children.
