Depression is something that kills a man real quick. We really can't tell when depression gets out of hand and boom! suicide is always the end result of the individual involved if he or she didn't get to meet a savior. I was once in those shoes but I snapped out of it real quick when I was invited to hive and hopefully I think I've gotten better and brighter.
The story of Tohan and his mom is super emotional. Maybe if the story was told with the omniscience point of view, then Maybe we'd have been told how Tohan must have cried a little and longed to be in the arms of his loving mother.
