Hello Everyone !
Welcome back to Ramadhanight's Blog. Today I would like to share my first gameplay of crypto-shots. I were encouraged by the contest that held by crypto-shots and OCD. About Crypto-shots

Before we move to the gameplay, let's talk about this game first.
Cited from the OCD post, here is the game explanation

Crypto- Shots is a 3D first shooter browser game connected to the Hive blockchain in which your gaming assets like weapons, ammo, characters and shields are collectible NFTs.Players can also earn Crypto Shots token Dot Omega (DOOM) by taking down drones across different planets. Soon, players will be able to travel on user-owned spaceships and challenge your friend in Arenas. Exciting isn’t it?

So, this is a FPS game, just like Counter Strike, Point Blank, PUBG, and Free Fire. But the main difference is:
1. This game is played on the browser, so you don't need to installed the game whenever you changed device;
2. Crypto-shots got play to earn concept, so you can earn reward by playing this game.

My first gameplay review

I tried the normal mode but found some kind of bug, like my character dropped into nowhere and lose immidiately, and so my 2nd try which is on easy mode. Maybe this is because of my pc that were not good enough to play this game. Or there is still some loading page that is not completed yet. There might be because i use the browser not suited well with this game (later i found that they advise us to use mozilla for 10x times faster performance, and i tried it after making the video and it's worked better). Not long after those problem, i could play the game normally, but sometimes i got some lag or freezed scene again, maybe because those reasons i've mentioned.

The scene of this game is a sci-fi, so we are on something like a space ships and have to fight the drones. The objective of this game is to eliminate all the enemies which is the drones that were spawned on the stage. You can only use weapon with ammo to eliminate them, so be carefull not to waste your ammo here, because you cannot attack enemies with a knife or a punch. You start with a weapon, but there is another weapon on the stage, you have to find them if you running out of your starter ammo. If you run out all of the available ammo, you will lose.
About the health, you could heal your health by coming to a blue things that were dropped by the drones as soon as you eliminate them, so you can survive long enough to complete the stage. But be carefull with the time, because you have a time limit to finish the game. If you don't eliminate all enemies, you will failed. So you need to be fast and efficient on this game. I got finished the 1st stage with just 0 seconds left, haha (please watch my video, it's on my 1st try after retake the shot due to some error on screen recording)

There is some boxes here as well, i think it's some kind of treasure, but on this beta mode, we can't open it. I wonder what is inside of those boxes, maybe ammo, or some game coin ? Let's see when the game is fully launched.

What i think interesting about this game

After trying the game, i think this game is quite interesting because of:
1. You can play this game on any device without having to install it just like the common FPS game that could have more than 1 GB installer.
2. The play to earn concept. I don't know yet how many APR we could get from this game, but it's still better than just playing and get nothing like the conventional FPS game.
3. The schoolarship system that i found on their website. So for the people who want to invest without playing, or the players with skills but no money for investing, this will be great !
4. The PVP mode that not released yet will get the game more interesting. Wish i could try it later.

A feedback for this game

After my first gameplay, i think it would be great if the teams could improved on:
1. An option to adjust the sensitivity and graphic quality. This is crucial to FPS game before every gamer have their own prefered sensitivity. And what is more important for FPS player is to get them free from lag, because every second is counted. So i think graphic quality adjusment will be very important as well.
2. Information about the screen and the button. Rather than a meaningless loading page, i think it would be better to give information about how to play this game. I also suggest there is a help as well on the game in case the players missed it.
3. Add a map. I know there is a radar about the enemies, but i think it would be useful to have a map, because a player with bad memories like me will lost on the stage.
4. Information about the stage and the objective. I think it would be great if we could information about the objective, and knew how many enemies left, so we don't goes like, "what should i do next ? is all enemies are gone? then what should i do now ? There is no objective information here, and i think i already goes to all the stage (because there is no map).

Since this is just for trying the game, i choose the free to play without login. There is 3 option if you want to join the play to earn; Hive, Wax, or Eth.     In theory it's not a bug but since players keep calling that way we may remove it lol. There is a champion status that can be unlocked only if you perform really well in the game and allows you to unlock a higher daily claim. If players only play the 1st level they are more likely to die that way and lose their champions status. Plus, in the P2E mode, if you have a teleport and all the rare skins you will always be teleported in the weapons room and dont have that risk of falling into space.

    option to adjust the sensitivity and graphic quality

    We already have this. You can press P or Tab and adjust the mouse sensitivity and disable shades if you're using an old machine to run the game.

    free from lag

    The game is already very optimized but we have even more optimizations in the pipeline

    Add a map

    We considered this but it would slow down the game as that's an additional camera and rendering. We may explore it again in the future though.

    There is no objective information
