Hi, how is everyone? It's the winter season, and what’s winter without sesame laddoos? So, I’ve made some sesame laddoos, and they are really delicious. I’ll share this recipe with you all, and I hope you like it!
Coconut (half a kg)
Almonds (half a kg)
Jaggery (1 kg)
Raisins (1.5 pounds)
Dates (half a kg)
Flaxseeds (half a kg)
Pistachios (1.5 pounds)
Fennel seeds (1 chhatank - approximately 11.66 grams)
Rice flour (1 kg)
Black and white sesame seeds (half a kg)
You need to roast the rice flour in a frying pan until it turns brown. Then, take the jaggery and dissolve it in one glass of water, and cook it on the stove until it thickens. Meanwhile, grind the dry fruits in a grinder, keeping the raisins whole. Once ground, add the sesame seeds and raisins to the mixture. After that, add the roasted rice flour to a large bowl and mix everything together. Pour the jaggery syrup into the mixture and stir well. Once the mixture heats up, quickly shape it into balls while it's still warm, as it becomes difficult to shape once cooled. These sesame ladoos will be ready. They are delicious and perfect for the winter season, plus they are very healthy. Do try them, they taste great and are beneficial for your health. Thank you!
These ladoos are so delicious that the kids never get tired of eating them. My kids eat them with great enthusiasm, and my husband is even more fond of them. So, I made some and kept them in the fridge. Whenever my kids or husband feel like eating them, they can have them. As for me, I also end up eating them too. 😁
