¡Estos últimos días han sido para compartir plantas!
Estuve preparando estos minijardines decorados para una jovencita muy especial, ¿por qué? Pues desde que tengo problemas en la piel ya no puedo cuidar mis plantas como antes y se están secando. Decidí rescatar algunas y darlas en adopción a quienes yo sé que las valoran y que las van a cuidar.
Tan solo ver la cara de felicidad de esta amante de las plantas me hizo saber que ella valora el regalo y que va a cuidar de ellas.
Cuando haces un arreglo o mini jardín como este debes tener en cuenta el tipo de plantas que combinas, ya que deben tener características a fines como por ejemplo (y quizá la más importante), necesitar la misma frecuencia de riego.
En el caso de estos arreglos que hice, no estuve muy pendiente de las características de las plantas; más bien sugerí que, eventualmente, estas plantas sean separadas y reubicadas cada una en su propia maceta. Pero para efectos del regalo se veía más bonito hacer una composición. Después de todo son plantas de crecimiento lento y no hay prisa por cambiarlas.
Junto con las plantas le regalé un par de pequeñas palas, perfectas para el trabajo de jardinería.
En las redes sociales está muy de moda decir que tarde o temprano todos nos convertimos en la señora de los gatos, la señora de las plantas o la señora del crochet y yo les digo que se puede ser una mezcla de las tres (y algunas otras más) porque yo ya lo he sido.
Me encanta tener con quien compartir mis pasatiempos, porque así los disfruto más. Sé que cuando visite a los amigos que han recibido plantas de mi parte, ellos me las mostrarán grandes y bonitas y con su cara llena de orgullo.

In the case of these arrangements that I made, I was very aware of the characteristics of the plants; rather I suggested that, eventually, these plants be separated and each relocated to its own pot. But for gift purposes it looked more beautiful to make a composition. After all, they are slow-growing plants and there is no rush to change them.
Along with the plants I gave him a pair of small shovels, perfect for gardening work.
On social networks it is very fashionable to say that sooner or later we all become the cat lady, the plant lady or the crochet lady and I tell them that you can be a mixture of the three (and some others more) because I already have been.
I love having someone to share my hobbies with, because that way I enjoy them more. I know that when I visit friends who have received plants from me, they will show me them big and beautiful and with their faces full of pride.
