Good day, Hiveans! I hope you’re fine while reading my blog. Today we had fine weather with no unexpected rain or rain showers. It is a good day to share some experiences that I encountered.

In a previous blog, I shared my sleepover experience in Barili, Cebu and you can revisit it if you have more spare time.

When I hear the town Barili, the thing that always comes to my mind is the Milk station where they sell organic ice cream. When I proceeded to postgraduate studies, I heard one of my classmates share her experience in Barili, Cebu. She said that in Barili, Cebu we can find delicious ice cream in southern Cebu. It was one of the delicacies of the town. The information is automatically saved in my memory since I love eating food. It is one of my motivations to travel to a place.

Aside from wanting to touch down the town Barili, I also wanted to taste their delicious ice cream. The invitation was a great opportunity for me. I told my husband that the most important thing on our visit was the Milk station, and it would be a great disappointment if we could not visit the place.

It was already evening when we arrived in the town Barili and despite that, we spot the place of the Milk station. Unfortunately, it was already closed when we arrived. The disappointment in my face seeing the place of the Milk station closed was very evident on my face at that time. Luckily, my husband assured me that we would be back in the place after the Christening event.

The Christening event was done early and after taking our lunch, we asked permission from our college friend that not to wait until the program ended since we had another place to visit. One of the places was the Milk Station.

The photo showed that my husband had a work task despite our travel. It is one of the disadvantages of the job of my husband and me.

We went back to the Milk station despite the heavy rain we encountered. We were determined to check if the information that I heard was true.

We reached the Milk station, and I was happy that the place was still open and there was no rain when we arrived.

I directly ordered their famous organic ice cream and my first time trying the goat milk. I asked my husband if he already tried drinking goat milk and he told me he already experienced drinking one. It was very safe to order since it would not be a waste if I ended up not liking the goat milk.

As I tasted the organic ice cream, the information received was true. The organic ice cream is truly delicious. I like the ingredients that they’ve used. It said that it’s made from fresh milk and less commercial ingredients in the product. The taste of the ice cream is different from the commercial ice cream sold in the market and the so-called dirty ice cream on the road.

**Did you try the ice cream in Barili, Cebu? If not, I hope you can have an opportunity to try it too.

The goat milk is also delicious based on my husband’s opinion since I ended up not a fan of goat milk or I’m just ignorant of the type of milk during that time.

Do you like fresh goat milk?

Overall, our experience in the Milk station in Barili was so satisfying that every time we passed Barili, Cebu we would never forget to have a stopover and taste the delicious organic ice cream in the area. I think, we already visited the place thrice despite the far distance of the place. It is evidence that the best ice cream for us is found in the Milk station in Barili, Cebu Philippines.

I would like to try the organic ice cream if I have the chance. The fresh goat milk, I'm not sure😂😬.

Hahaha, yeah.. I would convince you to try both ma'am for reference. 😅

I have never tasted goat milk but I have tasted goat cheese and love it. And now I wonder how that ice cream will taste, hehe.

I hope you can try it too.😊😊

What is the tastiest milk of that station Mau? I have never tried that one! If there's an opportunity to stop over on that area soon.

Nah.. we only tried the goat milk and I'm not a fan of it. 😅 I hope you can do the visit too.😁

Puhon Mau in God's Grace. :)

🥰🥰 It will.😊

Owh.. I’ll definitely put this in my bucket list when I get the chance to tour the southern part of Cebu. Thanks for sharing @fixyetbroken ☺️

Yes.. I'm excited to read your experience in Milk Station.😊

I want to try the organic ice cream Ma'am @fixyetbroken I wish I can visit the place

Yes you can ma'am. 😊

That's an amazing experience. I also want to try the organic ice cream, only if it is just close to where we live, lol. I also want to try the goat milk, i'm curious if I will like it or nah 🤔

Hahaha, you need to visit Cebu na.😅

Try it, I'm excited to know if you like it or not.😁

I really liked their ice cream. The last time I was in Cebu, my friends and I thought of stopping by but then I got lactose intolerant so I'm pretty sure I'd enjoy the ice cream but after would be a disaster - and we're going to be on the road so no thanks for now.

At least you experienced eating their ice cream.😁😁 Yeah, better safe than sorry.😅

Glad you got to return back to milk station. I have tried organic ice cream in the past and your right different from store brands. I found it not bad tasting. I have tried goat milk I just like the milk from the animal that goes moo better, haha.

Thanks for sharing your experience. This really would go well in my community, Ice Cream Creations where the theme of the month is ice cream experiences in the Philippines. Feel free to cross post if you like 😊🍦🍨

Hahaha, I never tried the fresh milk from the moo except the commercial one. I would like to try it too if I have an opportunity. 😊😊

You're welcome and thank you for suggesting me to do the cross post and it would be a great chance for me to share my experience in your community. 😊😊

Well organic cow milk is a milder tasting. A bit odd trying the first time but if you drink a few times you will think the commercial milk is watered down. I believe the shelf life is a little longer as well but the cost is more. I rarely have in my fridge, hehe.

Owz.. Thank you for the advance information on the cow milk. I'm excited to try it, gonna check nearby places that sell fresh cow milk.😊

Yeah, I think it's not advisable to my budget to have a stock on it daily due to its cost. 😁
