I was going over your post and I remembered a weed that grows at the back of our house that looks similar. I actually wrote a post about this. It is the Tridax Procumbens which is more viny and low growing except for its flower stalk. It is also called Coat Buttons.

Yes, it's true that in Latin this plant is called Tridax Procumbens. Here it is known as the gletang flower.
When the flower withers do you know it looks like frozen spikes or icicles?
